Praise God! He has given us a wonderful sunday service teaching through Rev. Baker about "Tithe and offering" supported by verses from Malachi 3:8-11, Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6 and Hebrews 7:1-8 to mention but a few.
He started explaining quoting the scriptures that a tithe is of the Lord and the offering is a seed that brings in the increase which is determined by how much is sown and by what measure. This was demonstrated by the different measures of giving. Millet grains were used as seeds given out using different measures of a teaspoon, a soup spoon and a shovel. At this moment the message was so clear that you would easily see the response of the congregation. The message was concluded by distributing the equal measures of millet seeds to families that they should decide whether to eat the seeds or sow it to confirm the results as laid down in the Word of God. This has exactly happened towards the season of millet sowing that start in the month of March and is harvested in July according to what we have been told by the brethren in this area.
What amazing plan of Our Father in Heaven, praise His Name.
